• Orders are processed on same day of working business days or next day if ordered after cut off delivery time (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment for example a Friday order will be delivered by Monday or Tuesday.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. These charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping available for all orders apart from pallet deliveries.
• Pallet shipping rates vary on size, weight and quantity.

3. Delivery Times

• Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-2 business days.
• Pallet delivery times can be delivered within 5 days dependent on processing time as mentioned in 1. Processing Time see above.
• We do not ship Internationally
• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as peak seasons, customs delays or carrier issues.

4. Shipping Providers

We partner with trusted shipping providers such as Royal Mail, Amazon, DPD to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Customs and Duties

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
